We ship packages with PostNL or DPD. Depending on the selected product and your location. Delivery time is 2-3 business days. Some countries may take as long as 3-5 business days. In case your country is not on the list, please contact us. We deliver all our products globally.
Shipping costs for the UK have become very high due to customs charges as a result of Brexit.
You have the right to cancel your order without reason until 14 days after receipt of the product. You have another 14 days after the cancellation to return your product to us. You will receive the total amount, including shipping credited. Only the costs for the return of your shipping address to the shop are for your own account. This is stated by law. If you use your right of cancellation, the product has to be returned to fairair with all accessories and in original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via [email protected]. We will then order the refund and this will be due within 14 days after notification of your return.
